The XT18 Family MK4 Off-road Caravan is a 4 berth tandem axle family caravan built for remote touring, comfort and serious off-road capability. With a queen size east/west bed, two single bunk beds, straight lounge, separate internal ensuite, 221L compressor fridge, 48V Projecta lithium power and a 4000W inverter, it gives families the space, storage and equipment needed for confident off-grid travel.

XT18 FAMILY MK4 FEATURES
Inside the XT18 Family MK4, the layout is designed around family functionality with a queen size east/west bed, two single size bunk beds, straight lounge seating and an internal ensuite with Dometic cassette toilet and separate shower. Outback slate cabinetry, oak benchtops, stone wash grey premium leatherette upholstery and matte black fixtures create a modern, robust and easy-to-live-with interior for family touring.
The appliance package is well suited to extended trips, with a Dometic 2-zone induction cooktop, NCE 29L 4-in-1 convection microwave with air fryer, grill, oven and microwave functions, and a Thetford T2208 221L 12V compressor fridge. A Dometic FreshJet 7 Series 48V air conditioner, Eberspächer diesel air heater, NCE 3kg wall-mounted front loader washing machine, NCE 24″ Google ready smart TV, stereo system, wireless charging pads and Caframo Sirocco II fans add comfort and convenience for the whole family.
The XT18 Family MK4 is built as a tandem axle off-road caravan with a 3500kg ATM rating, X-TRACK trailing arm suspension, dual TOUGH TRAX HD shock absorbers, Cruisemaster DO35 hitch, Tuson asymmetric electronic stability control and 16″ alloy wheels with 265/75 Goodride mud-terrain tyres. A hot dip galvanised chassis, heavy-duty black protective finish drawbar, aluminium tank guards, welded aluminium wall and roof frames and composite body construction help prepare it for rugged conditions.
Outdoor living is supported by a slide-out external kitchen with Thetford 3-burner gas cooktop and sink with hot and cold water, hot/cold external shower, roll out awning, full annex, rear-mounted service ladder, fridge slide, rear storage bar, 2 x 80L fresh water tanks and 1 x 80L grey water tank. The Projecta Intelli-Grid 48V power management system, 48V 210Ah lithium battery bank, 4000W inverter, portable solar inputs, tyre pressure monitoring and levelling sensor provide the electrical backbone for off-grid family caravan adventures.
