The XT17HRT+ MKIII Caravan offers a refined and highly functional interior, featuring modern oak timber-look benchtops paired with a matte-black sink and tapware for a clean and contemporary finish. Comfort on the road is assured with a fully equipped ensuite that includes a Thetford C400 cassette toilet and hot/cold plumbed shower, complemented by slimline double-glazed tinted windows with flyscreen and block-out cassette blinds for insulation and privacy. A skylight above the bed and a 12V roof hatch with fan in the ensuite enhance airflow and natural lighting throughout the cabin. Premium appliances elevate everyday living, including a large 150L Thetford compressor refrigerator, a built-in microwave, a 2.5kg front loader washing machine, and both a stainless steel internal 3-burner gas cooktop and supplied portable induction cooktop for versatile meal preparation. Climate is expertly controlled with the Truma Aventa air conditioning system with heat pump and the efficient AutoTerm Air2D diesel heater with an upgraded 12L tank for extended performance.
Purpose-built for extended off-grid touring, the XT17HRT+ MKIII features a large 4.35m 12V electric cassette awning and a complete annex setup—including enclosed roof, walls, floor, and draft skirt—to expand its outdoor living space in all conditions. With dual 80L fresh water tanks, an 80L grey water tank, two 9kg gas cylinder holders, and twin 20L jerry can mounts, it delivers strong self-sufficiency supported by a reliable 12V marine diaphragm pump. The stainless steel slide-out external kitchen with 3-burner gas hob and plumbed hot/cold washboard sink makes outdoor cooking effortless, while a rugged front-mounted chequer plate three-bay storage box and forward-facing mud flaps provide excellent protection on rougher tracks. Practical additions such as a large fridge slide, a hot/cold external shower with ensuite tent, a wall-mounted drop-down servery table, and the inside/outside rolling pantry ensure maximum convenience and campsite versatility.
