The electric operated roof and fixed bed mean setup is simple and quick and requires little physical effort. Ensuite privacy, dinette and cupboard storage are further enhanced with an air conditioner as optional, along with quality Sirocco fans and a TV and stereo entertainment system. Power is plentiful and topped up daily with built in solar charging. Off grid life for two has never been easier for young and old alike.

Interior Design
Stylish and durable, the finishes in the XT12E are what you would expect from MDC. Well featured, the interior is laid out to maximise space and comfort. A thick inner spring mattress with pillow top will provide sleeping comfort all year round with near silent fan and a quality air conditioner (optional).
LED lighting throughout is energy efficient and includes handy reading lights. 12v and USB ports ensure accessories and devices are powered and charged at all times. A television is included for watching your favourite DVD’s or stored movies and the stereo sound system will play your favourite music.
The combination shower and toilet ensuite caps off this interior providing complete privacy and convenience regardless of where you choose to make your home.

External Features
A stand out feature on the XT12E is the use of “Triple Seal Hatches” for the best possible protection from dust and water ingress. A large fridge slide lets you use your portable fridge to keep food fresh for long periods.
The stainless steel slide out kitchen has a 4 burner cooktop, sink and handy drying rack to maximise space and a slide out table beside the cooktop allows room for meal preparation.
The XT12E is fitted with an electric awning to shade the kitchen area and comes with a complimentary annex that fits beneath it. The annex adds sheltered space for relaxing and entertaining.
