Shipping & Returns Policy


Our goal is to despatch your online order on the same or next working day but please allow 3-5 WORKING days during sale periods. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.

DOMESTIC (Australia wide) Standard delivery within Australia (unless we have a special offer)

These are calulated by our systems on a product by product basis.

Please note that we deliver using AusPost and Direct Freight which requires signature on delivery. If you aren't home to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office or Direct Freight Depot where you can collect it.

TO AVOID A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE / DIRECT FREIGHT DEPOT please ensure your shipping address is where you will be during business hours. If you make a request in the COMMENTS section for your order to be left at your delivery address without a signature, MDC is not liable to replace the order should your order, for whatever reason, be stolen or lost after it has been delivered.

If you are confident that your parcel can be safely left in the event you are not at home, you can give an 'Authority to Leave' instruction however MDC will accept no responsibility for items marked 'ATL' and will consider the items left as instructed, once notified of delivery. We always recommend that customers send their parcels to a daytime address where parcels can be signed for.

RETURNS POLICY (30 day money back guarantee). 


  1. You may return your product within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you provided that products returned must be in the original unopened packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.
  2. Any opened packaging will not be accepted to be returned. Under no circumstances will we refund monies before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
  3. All returns are subject to a $10.00 administration fee which you authorize us to be deducted off the balance to be refunded to you.
  4. Refunds does not include handling or other surchages, including but not limited to the credit card and paypal surcharges.
  5. Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to process by cheque, approximately 7-14 days by credit card and direct deposit.
  6. Store Purchases must be returned to the store with your proof of purchase.
  7. We will not refund any postal costs of you returning the product to us.
  8. Online purchases must be returned to the following store with your proof of purchase
